Kelly Knox

Kelly Knox age 54 of La Grange, Texas passed away Saturday, June 8, 2019 at St. David’s Hospital in Austin. Visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, June 11, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Fayette Memorial Funeral Chapel with funeral services immediately following the visitation with the Reverend John Stelling officiating. Internment will follow in the La Grange City Cemetery.

Kelly was born October 10, 1964 in Marysville, Ohio and was a proud veteran of the United States Navy.  An accomplished machinist, Kelly was a man who loved to hunt and fish.  He enjoyed family immensely and lived life his own way; on his own terms.  He was a jokester who always had a smile on his face.

He is preceded in death by his parents Charles and Millie Knox, and sister in law Donna Knox. He is survived his brother Charles Knox of Gadsden, Alabama, sisters Cathy Caughman of La Grange, Texas,  Brenda Gayle Duckworth and husband Greg of Sugarland, Texas, nieces Katy Odom, and husband, Jonathan, niece Sydney Pisarski and husband Nick Pisarski,  niece Heather Hart and husband Andrew, niece Alyke Monroe, nephews Shawn Caughman and wife Michelle, great nephews Tyler and Dalton Caughman, August and Aiden Monroe, Liam Hart and Jaden Odom. Great nieces, Cuyler Monroe, Hadley Hart, Macayla Leeth. He is survived by special friend Dave Caughman.

The family requests memorial contributions be made to the Gardenia Janssen Animal Shelter in La Grange.
