Bill was born in Venezuela and spent most of his childhood traveling the world. No matter where he was, you could guarantee that he was causing just a little bit of trouble. Upon their return to the United States, his family ultimately decided to stay in Texas. At the age of 10, Bill had already decided he wanted to enter the oil field just like his dad. He worked his way up to accomplish that dream and had a successful career in the industry.
When Bill had a family of his own, it was really important to him that they grew up in a small community. He loved being able to have his own land to raise cattle and share livestock projects with his children. In his free time, he loved to fish at the coast and was a lifetime member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
“Wild Bill” was a hard worker, good-time friend, and loving father.
He will be remembered by his daughters, Amy and Elizabeth Wallace, other relatives, and numerous loved ones.
