Royce Henry Meiners, age 78 of Ledbetter passed away on February 11, 2018.

Royce was born on April 24, 1939 in La Grange to Willie F. Meiners and Esther A. Schlabach Meiners.  He served his country in the United States Army and was a retired machinist.

He enjoyed saltwater  and freshwater fishing and was an expert gardener who was always generous with the vegetables from his garden.

He is survived by two brothers; Curtis Meiners and wife Barbara and Wallace Meiners and wife Cynthia, two sisters; Marceil Malak and husband William and Rosella Presswood and husband David.

A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday February 17, 2018 at 1:00 PM at the Waldeck Lutheran Church.

Royce was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Nina Faye Meiners Levien.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Waldeck Lutheran Church or the Waldeck Memorial Guild.
