Otto Diehl

Graveside services for Otto William Diehl, 91, of Anderson, Texas are scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, August 19, 2021 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy, Houston, Texas 77079, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife Mary.

Otto was born March 19, 1930 to John Diehl and Eva (Mattern) Diehl in Plantersville, Texas.  He married Mary Yancey on December 7, 1960.

Otto was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Mary (Yancey) Diehl.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sara & Kerry Caudle of Fayetteville; Michelle Leathers of  Magnolia; sisters, Clara Diehl of Plantersville, Alma Hutto of Katy; grandchildren, Kara Jackson and husband Chris; Richard Ahlschlager and wife, Darce’; great-grandchildren, Kylie, Conner, and Zoe Morrison, Jaxon Ahlschlager, Autumn and Evan Clark, Stetson and Stephanie Dorrough, and Luke and Lindsey Dorrough, Tyler Jackson.  Great Great Grandchildren, Silas and Sloane Clark.  Also, by his Nephew Jeff Kubicek and wife Nancy.

Otto “Gramps” was a very simple man that loved his wrestling, Boone’s Farm Sangria, Fishing and family.  He is Gone but not forgotten and will forever be in our hearts.
