Michael English

Mike was born March 9, 1956 to Arthur Benjamin “A.B.” English and Maxine (Myers) English in Hamlin, Texas. Mike graduated from Aspermont High School in 1975. He continues to hold the pole-vaulting record at Aspermont High School to this day. Mike completed Abilene Barber College in 1977.  He married the love of his life, Carla Sue Lambert on April 14th, 1979 in Aspermont, Texas. Mike worked at Union Oilfield Supply 11 years as the pump shop manager.  Throughout the years, Mike worked for his father at E & C Drilling.  He was elected by a landslide as Justice of the Peace of Stonewall County in 1998.

Mike leaves behind to love and remember him; his loving and devoted wife, Carla Sue (Lambert) English of Aspermont; his son and daughter-in-law, Michael & Misty English of Aspermont, Texas; daughter and son-in-law, Lesley & Mark Karonika of La Grange, Texas; brother and sister-in-law, Roger & Johnnie English of Aspermont, Texas; grandchildren, Carson and Caden Kronika of La Grange, Texas; Gage, Grayson, and Coley English of Aspermont, Texas; as well as numerous nieces, and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Maxine and A.B. English; sisters, Vickie (English) Griggs and Cynthia (English) Plunkett.
