Mary Miley
November 8, 1939 — March 10, 2017
Mary Jane Miley, 77, passed peacefully into eternal rest on March 10, 2017 after a long, courageous battle with Alzheimer’s.
Mary Jane was born in Centreville, Alabama on November 8, 1939 and is reunited with her mother, Willie Mae Mobley; father, Fred Mobley; and brother, Albert Tourne.
She is survived by sisters Freddie Costlow, Barbara Ann Hamm and husband Robert; brother, Joey Tourne and wife Cena; children, Jayne Estes and husband Matt; Melissa Scriven; Jeff Baisden, Debbie Bisbano and husband Tony, Gina Miley, Crystal Miley; eleven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; as well as many extended family members and loving friends.
The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love, support and special care given by nurses and staff members of Schulenburg Regency Nursing Center and Hospice of South Texas.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 2:30 p.m. at Fayette Memorial Funeral Home, 967 E Colorado St., La Grange, Texas 78945 with Pastor Marcia Kifer of Shared Lutheran Ministry of Fayette County officiating.
Donations in memory of Mary Jane Miley may be given to the Alzheimer’s Association or Hospice of South Texas.
