Margaret "Peggy" Mary Stewart

A Celebration of Life for Margaret "Peggy" Mary Stewart will be held at a later date.

Peggy Stewart, 62, of Houston passed away in La Grange, Texas on November 4, 2022. She was born in Dallas on July 12, 1960, to Charles J. and Lois Gannon Coolidge. 

Peggy enjoyed animals and worked predominately as a dog watcher in the Houston area.  Peggy loved God, was very active in church and was very passionate in her faith.  She loved her family and loved children.  Peggy also enjoyed gardening. She will be missed dearly by her family and friends.

Peggy is survived by her son, Michael Stewart and his girlfriend Kyla Digiovanni of Columbus, Texas; brothers Charles Coolidge, Jr. (Debbie), Edward Michael Coolidge, and Thomas Hurley Coolidge; one grandson, Colton Alexander Stewart; and dear friends Gene, Debbie, Jacki Rook, and Gay Parris.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Lois Coolidge; siblings, Joan Maria Middleton, Mary Gannon Coolidge and John Anthony Coolidge.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Champion Life Center in Spring, Texas or the Gardenia Janssen Animal Shelter in La Grange.
