Forever Loved, Never Forgotten

With heavy hearts and cherished memories, we announce the passing of Karen Renee Teague, who gained her heavenly wings on November 6, 2026, just three days after celebrating her 60th birthday.

Karen was a woman with a love for all things western. From the simple beauty of country life to the timeless spirit of the western way, she found joy in the things that spoke to her heart. She carried that western spirit with her - a spirit of strength, independence, and a love for life's simple treasures.

Above all, Karen's life was woven together by the people she loved and the memories they shared. Though her time here on earth has come to an end, the love she leaves behind will continue to live in the hearts of her family for generations to come.

Karen was preceded in death by her beloved father, Osborne Montier (Monty) Teague, and her precious daughter, Brianna Nicole Rooks, with whom she is now reunited in eternal peace.

She leaves behind her loving mother, Linda Teague; her daughter, Amber Bozka, and son-in-law, Matt; her son, Justin Rooks and her cherished grandchildren, Sarabeth, Railey and MJ.

Karen is also survived by her biological family, with whom she was recently reunited. What began as a long-awaited reconnection quickly blossomed into something truly special. Though their time together may have been shorter than anyone wished, the bonds formed were genuine, the love was real, and they quickly became more than newly discovered relatives - they became family in every sense of the word. Their place in Karen's heart and story will forever be cherished.

While saying goodbye is never easy, there is comfort in knowing that Karen is now free from earthly pain and suffering, resting peacefully in the arms of those who went before her.

Her story does not end with her passing. It lives on in every treasured memory, every family gathering, every sunset over an open pasture, and every reminder of the western life's she loved so dearly.

Karen, may your skies forever be blue, your trails always peaceful, and you saddle never empty.

In accordance with Karen's wishes, no funeral or memorial services will be held at this time. Her family asks that she be remembered through the love, laughter and cherished memories share with her throughout her life.

Until we meet again, ride high in Heaven, Mom. Your last sunset here was only the beginning of your forever.
