George Gowin passed away February 26, 2018 in Killeen, Texas.
He was born February 26, 1937 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He is survived by three sisters Donna Bryant, Kay and Rosie Vega; son Kent Gowin and wife Deana; daughter Cindy Tribble son in law Gary Tribble; son-in-law Larry Taylor. He is also survived by grandchildren Rebecca Dugas, Laura Taylor, Christina Taylor, Joshua Tribble, Larry Taylor, Caleb Tribble, Jonathan Tribble, Christopher Tribble, and Candace Tribble. Surviving great-grandchildren are Armand Dugas, Lydia Dugas, Alana Taylor, Michael Taylor and Amayah Taylor. Jerome Taylor and Silas Dasilva .
A memorial service will be held for George on Saturday March 10, 2018 at 1:00 PM at United Pentecostal Church in La Grange.
