David W. Cook 73 of La Grange passed away on the morning of Sunday July 31, 2011 at the Bastrop Nursing Center.
David is survived by his wife of 30 years Brenda Hancock Cook, a daughter Angela Cook, and four sons Bill Cook, Dennis Cook, Allen Cook, and Bryan Cook, and one brother Terri Cook. Six grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
David is preceded in death by his parents Alton and Florence (Isham) Cook and a son James Cook.
A private memorial service is planned for a later date.
