Dagma Collier 94, of La Grange, Texas, passed away on November 22, 2007. She was born on December 8, 1912, in Sumrall, Mississippi, the daughter of Samuel Bruce and Azzielene (Rawls) Williams. She married Thomas Charles Collier, on October 13, 1935, in Houston, Texas. She was a homemaker and also, worked in the grocery store that they owned for many years. She was an active member of the Baptist Church in Houston, Texas and in Muldoon, Texas after moving to Fayette County in 1959. She was a founding member of Bible Baptist Church in La Grange. She also, served as Worthy Matron of Chapter 813 Order of the Eastern Star in Flatonia, Texas. Survivors include two daughters, Sue Kiesling and husband, Emil Kiesling, and Pat Settle all of La Grange, Texas, one brother, Howard Williams, Sr. and wife Hermina of Fairgrove, Missouri, two grandchildren, Michelle Henson and husband Tommy Travis, of Millican, Texas, six great-grandsons: Ryan, Derek, Jared, and Travis Henson, Tyler and Justin Burns, and numerous nieces and nephews.
