Charlene Simek, age 41, of La Grange passed away on September 24, 2023 in Round Rock.  She was born on September 20, 1982 to Sharon Simek. She attended La Grange High School and later married Kevin Schulze on March 30, 2018 in Austin, Texas.

Charlene worked in the retail industry for almost 20 years. She was passionate about her faith and was a member of The Remnant Church where she felt like family.  Charlene was very funny and witty. She loved to do it all and wanted the most out of life.  She was a wonderful daughter, wife, mother and friend and will be dearly missed by those that knew her.

Charlene is survived by her mother, Sharon Simek and Jeff Tiedt; husband, Kevin Schulze; daughter, Zariah Emily Schulze; mother and father-in-law, Mary and Erland Schulze; aunt, Virginia Honeycutt; and brother-in-law, Jeff Schulze and wife, Katie.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents.
