A Tribute to My Mom
When I brought Mom down to Texas, she told me I was her Savior and I told her that she was my Hero. Mom was an incredible woman. She carried Kindness like it was second Nature, Patience like it was Infinite, and Unconditional love like it was the easiest thing in the world. Texas became home because she was there. And though she's gone now, that Love doesn't leave. It's in the Hero she saw in me, because she put it there first.
I miss you, mom, thank you for letting me be your Savior for a little while, You've been mine my whole life. Rest in peace.
Love, Mary
